Using Rental Portal

These terms govern access to Rental Portal services provided by Rental Portal, Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can accept them for yourself or your organization.

Accounts and organizations

Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. An organization owner controls staff access and is responsible for activity performed through its accounts and configured tenant portals.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, upload unlawful content, or use Rental Portal to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

Customer data

You retain responsibility for the data you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to process it. We process that data to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

Features may evolve. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or material misuse. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
